Happy Ramadhan Al- Mubarak

On 15th of September, B.Ed TESL IPKB-MARJON COHORT 1 students had organized a “Breaking fast activity with Marjon 2 students” at Tarbush Restaurant which situated in Kota Bharu.


The lecturers from Language Department, our Director as a special guest and Deputy Director had turned up to the occasion. It was really our pleasure to have them there. At 7.00 p.m,, almost everybody was in the room and the MC took over the ceremony. After hearing a few speeches, we broke of the fast together with some prayers.



The cuisines for that day were Arabian style Briyani (special dish in Tarbush), some desserts and drinks. Undoubtedly, the foods were really very delicious and still fresh in our tongues. To add grander to our occasion, the activity also coincided with our Miss Yusmiza’s birthday. All of us went to the stadium to complete our Tarawih Prayer before returning to the college.

We thanked the lecturers and students for attending our occasion despite the bad weather. This kind of activity should be done yearly in order to create a good bond between two different cohort students. It serves like a platform for us to get to know each other better.
